How We Work
We maintain an open working environment where our flexibility adds strengths to our work culture. We are self motivated to deliver the best. Our work culture is largely based on:
Three Tier Architecture
At basic level, any web page has following three components.
- HTML: used for placement of content
- CSS: used for presentation
- JavaScript: used for interactivity
Our fundamentals of designing are woven around keeping these three separate. This ensures that the presentation and content do not interfere with how the page behaves and interacts with the user. It enables us to provide clean, reusable and professional code that ensures a rich user experience.
Our Delivery Model — 16 hours
The standard delivery time is up to maximum of 16 working hours for each first page of the order. Each secondary page usually takes up to 3-8 working hours depending on complexity, and change in requirement, if any.
Our working schedule is from Mon — Sat; 10:00am — 6:00pm IST.
Please note that in certain cases, the delivery time of the whole order can be increased by 1-20 working hours. This may be due to temporary overload in certain situations, though we are capable and experienced to handle all such situations. We ensure timely communication in such cases, and expect the same from our clients.
The particular timeline will be given upon order investigation. We apologize for the inconvenience. You can ask for timeline adjustments if required.

Quality Assurance
The very characteristic of a design team is to focus on quality and not quantity. We have strict quality adherence guidelines that guide us to deliver the best quality stuff, consistently. Our quality policy assures that:
- The markup looks exactly the same as the original design.
- CSS classes and images are intuitively named corresponding to their sense/content.
- The code is correctly indented corresponding to nesting level of each element.
- Optionally, the code can be separated into templates represented by logical parts (files), such as navigation, content, header, footer, and so on.
- We follow best industry practices to create clean and indented code with proper commenting wherever required.
Money-Back Policy
We guarantee to issue a refund in following scenarios.
- If it is impossible to complete the order, for any reason.
- The request to cancel the order is received before the order is started.
- The client is not satisfied with the result. And we expect feedback in such cases as to how we can improve the process.
In all these cases, we ensure prompt communication, and expect the same from our clients.
